hundred, thousand의 복수

배수 비교 구문

배수사 + as + 원급 + as	This is twice as big as that.	이것은 저것의 두 배 크기다.
배수사 + 비교급 + than	This is three times bigger than that.	이것은 저것보다 세 배 크다.
배수사 + the + 명사	It costs twice the price.	그것은 두 배의 가격이다.

4. 분수

분자는 기수, 분모는 서수로 읽습니다. 분자가 2 이상이면 분모에 -s를 붙입니다.

분수 뒤의 동사

of 뒤의 명사에 맞춥니다.

5. 숫자 + 명사의 복합 표현

명사 앞에서 꾸밀 때는 단수형으로 쓰고 하이픈을 넣습니다.

더 일반적인 표현으로 바꾸기

This tower is two times as tall as that.
This tower is twice as tall as that. two times도 문법적으로 가능하지만 twice가 일반적입니다.
